1- Double Click on the divine.zip file . Then you get a box with three buttons I Agree and two more  please click on the I Agree button. Then the zip file opens. On top of it there is an Extract icon . Click on it to extract them into a directory in your computer.

2- i)   Goto Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Fonts 
    ii)  Select File -> Install New Fonts ( In the Menu of the fonts folder)
    iii) Select the directory where you have extracted the font files 
     It will display all the available fonts to install. Press Select All button 
     Press OK to install the fonts
